I recorded a very important conversation but it will not pull up it keeps blanking out and it wont pull up

Wont let me select local access number - a huge hassle to set up. Avoid wasting ur money on this app

I had the same problem. I would select Ontario Canada for my access number but it was still showing the United States access number. But when I did the test call to my friend using this recording app, it actually dialled the Canadian one I selected. From there when I went to check my selection, it had showed the Canadian one. So its a great app. I love it. Its crystal clear just love it. My advice to u is select the access number u want and then try making a test call. Let me know if u need help

I tried to use the local number and while I could call and make the connection, it would not record. So, I had to call the US number, for which I have to pay long distance charges, in order to record my calls. I am not happy for purchasing this app. Come on guys! You need to fix this if you are selling an app.

Wont record, all you get is static. Worst purchase.

I use this everyday, since using this I dont forget things I was told to do over the phone. Works great for grocery shopping.

Note: I have no relation to this app. Its just worth complimenting. I tested both ways, calling and receiving. To receive, save their number to your phone so when someone calls, you can click contacts find them and merge. As an entrepreneur, musician and actor, I know for a fact its going to very helpful in all business dealings.

Excellent. But Its a shame that in order to recited I need to call a number and merge the call instead of just pushing a button.

Dont spend the money. I was able to view my recording only once and ever since I was unable to view my recording. Waste of time and money. SCAM!!!

Ive recorded over 8 calls and only 4 saved! It keeps glitching and erasing them!! I NEEDED those calls and they are nowhere to be found!!!!

This is the worst app I have ever purchased, it does not load nor will the recordings show on the Recall menu (several so far) I have no idea how to get my money back for this app. This is a awful first purchase experience for Apple.

Does not work. You must open the app, place you call using the app, thinking recording is happening, end your call, check recording and nothing is there! If someone calls you, too bad it to late to record. Dont buy.

I spent five dollars on this app and it does not work I keep getting a SMS error. now I have to go to some website to try and troubleshoot something that should be working. Thats the way I want to spend my time. Of course this is sarcasm.

Takes too long to get the app up and running on the call.

This app is the worst

Very helpful and easy to use! Have been using it for almost a year and its been very reliable - have only had 2 or 3 mishaps regarding recordings not coming through properly (just emailed about one that was particularly important, hoping theres a way to retrieve??)..anyway, have been primarily happy and more than satisfied with the prompt response to emails and good customer service. Tried quite a few of these in the past and was never happy before this one. Works on iPhone as well :)

I have to keep hitting the start button several times before it responds.

Disgusting and worthless. Didnt save an irreplaceable recording, despite having set up the app as instructed. Definitely do not purchase!!!
