I had the same problem. I would select Ontario Canada for my access number but it was still showing the United States access number. But when I did the test call to my friend using this recording app, it actually dialled the Canadian one I selected. From there when I went to check my selection, it had showed the Canadian one. So its a great app. I love it. Its crystal clear just love it.

My advice to u is select the access number u want and then try making a test call. Let me know if u need help
